Wealth Wealth does not create success but success will create wealth. So ultimately any success strategy involves creating wealth. It's true that in order to protect your wealth you’ll need to understand wealth management, wealth creation, investment strategies, money management, and more, but you can learn how to build wealth effortlessly by just remembering our simple law: Success must come before wealth! That's it! This is the only wealth secret you’ll ever need to know! Wealth is a direct product of success so by focusing on achieving success in your life you will automatically generate wealth. Now wealth is not always represented by money. I consider myself amazingly enriched by my wife and by my children, by family and friendships, as well as by the experiences I've had and the things I've seen. The books I read add to my intellectual wealth. I have conceptual wealth, physical wealth and monetary wealth. So learn to see the wealth you do have. Successful people see the wealth in all situations and constantly focus on the positive successes achievable in every situation. This is where true wealth is found. Excerpt from 'The Success Cell' by Gavin Burgess: As you read this book you’ll see that it is... ...divided into five sections. These correspond to the four steps which are necessary to truly achieve success. You’ll notice wealth is the bonus step, number five, at the end, and this is for good reason. Wealth is not success. Yes, before my big crash, when I had all the trappings of wealth, people thought I was successful. In reality I was an idiot. I was building a house of straw on a foundation of sand and when the whole lot came tumbling down I was the only one to blame. Was I successful? No! The trappings of wealth I proudly surrounded myself with were a sham. On top of all this, despite my apparent success, I was stressed, unhealthy, overweight, and miserable and these are definitely not factors of success in anyone’s definition. My definition of success is; ‘The achievement of predetermined goals in a manner which brings happiness and wellbeing to ones self and family.’ Of course there are certain necessities to happiness and wellbeing, and wealth is one of these, and yet paradoxically success must come before wealth. There is no other way to generate wealth except through success. Conversely, if one forgets about the happiness and wellbeing of ones self and family in the pursuit of wealth, by my definition one does not achieve success. Hence the order of Self, Relationships, Enterprise, Success, and Wealth expounded in this book. Financial Wealth, that is money, is therefore a measure of success but not success in itself. It is also useless unless it is applied to bring further success and thereby the attendant happiness and wellbeing. Money should never be a goal in itself but merely a tool used effectively in the achievement of well set goals. Disclaimer: Gavin Burgess and successcell.com do not act as financial advisers.
